How to Use the Issues Report Feature in DraftPilot
DraftPilot's Issues Report feature allows you to generate a structured summary of all the issues identified when reviewing a contract against your selected playbook. This report is particularly useful for quickly understanding key risks and potential improvements in your contract.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Initiate a Contract Review
Start by opening the DraftPilot add-in, selecting a playbook and then clicking on the Start Review button.
Step 2: Choose the Issues Report Option
After clicking "Start Review", you’ll see two available options:
Generate red lines to directly insert edits into your document.
Generate an Issues Report.
Click on Generate an Issues Report.
Step 3: Customize Your Report
You'll then be prompted to specify whether to include only identified issues (default) or also add information about compliant clauses.
Make your selections, then click Generate Issues Report.
Step 4: Download and View the Report
DraftPilot will analyze your contract against the chosen playbook and shortly provide you with a downloadable Word document containing the report.
You’ll see:
A clearly structured table with one row per issue.
Details including clause number, clause name, identified issue, risk rating, and suggested solutions to address each issue.
The document automatically downloads to your computer, but a button to re-download the report remains available directly in DraftPilot.
You can also copy a bulletpoint list of the issues to your clipboard.
