Formatting a playbook entry (incl stars)

Edited

We have different formatting options to make it easier to read as a human (not necessarily for the AI!)

 allows for bold

 for italics

 bulleted list

adds a yellow highlight

allows for a little checklist, in case you want the lawyers to check things off

 for strikethrough

allows you to create a 'toggle box' so you can hide various things away. For example:

allows for a template wording box. This means you can put draft clauses in this box, which allow you to paste it in.

this lets you insert a comment box, for inserting comments into the Word document

lets you insert user defined variables for inserting into the document

 lets you insert a link

if you have playbook content that is just for your team to read (not the AI) then this box lets you hide those details away. This is useful because if you give the AI too much information that isn't relevant to doing the AI review it can get confused

Stars

In Edit mode, you'll also see the option to add a green, yellow or red star to an entry:

If you select a star and leave edit mode, it'll look like this:

What is that for? The star can signal to a user this is a low, medium or high risk playbook entry. Note: this is not conveyed to the AI. The AI will always treat every playbook entry as important. But legal teams sometimes want to signal to users how important a given entry is.
